Mountain Climbing

Mountain climbing has proved to be a Key aspect in Leadership and team development. Never has it been clear as it is now the fundamental relationship between mountaineering and conquering oneself to lead others.

At Kesal we do it even better, the assault to Mt Kenya the Second Highest in Africa with an   Elevation: 17,057 feet (5,199 meters) above the sea level and Prominence: 12,549 feet (3,825 meters), offers an individual  a rather paradoxical way of discovering self, as he/she is faced some of tough challenges in the climb. An individual encounters extreme cold, frostbite, high altitude plus fatigue amongst other challenges. This requires preparations like acclimatization etc.
